The residual warmth from the freshly processed products rises in visible waves, filling the air with a tangible sense of vigor.

Since the beginning of the lunar new year, Lansec Superalloy Company has maintained a full order book, operating its production lines at full capacity. Recently, the S31653 stainless steel contracted and manufactured by the company was successfully delivered. All technical indicators of the product meet customer requirements, and its high quality, efficient delivery, and accompanying services have consistently received positive recognition. This has not only deepened customer trust but also laid a solid foundation for further collaboration in the future.

In the busy production scene at Lanpec Superalloy Company during the first month of the Year of the Snake, technicians from the Special Steel Division arrived at the refining furnace control room. They slid the mouse to explain the key control points for this batch of products. “To ensure product quality, it is essential to strictly control the type, sequence, and timing of alloy additions,” the technicians noted with a smile, comparing the work at the refining furnace to that of a master chef—requiring scientific methods and rich experience to “add ingredients” properly and produce a fine batch of steel.

S31653 stainless steel boasts high strength and toughness, with both yield strength and tensile strength exceeding those of conventional austenitic stainless steel, while maintaining good ductility and plasticity. It is widely used in fields such as petrochemicals, marine engineering, and medical devices. This batch consisted of four pieces, with the single largest ingot weighing up to 32 tons. To ensure high-quality delivery, the Special Steel Division clarified the project timeline, manufacturing process, and other details in advance. During production, technicians strictly followed the production guidelines, provided on-site guidance for key process points, and rigorously controlled the production process, successfully completing the manufacturing task with high quality.
